✨ You’re Not Alone—Join Our First Stroke Talks

Monday Mingle Meetup

Reader,

Recovering from a stroke isn’t just about therapy appointments and doctor visits. It’s about navigating the emotions, the unknowns, and that overwhelming feeling of “no one really gets it.”

But I do. And that’s why I'm inviting you to join my first Mingle Monday – Stroke Talks Edition 💬

Led by yours truly. As a stroke survivor, I know firsthand what it’s like to smile through the fog; these peer-to-peer virtual meetups are a space for stroke warriors, caregivers, family, and friends to connect and share REAL conversation with folks who truly understand.

We laugh. We vent. We listen. We heal—together.

🧠 Come as you are. Pajamas welcome. Tears and laughter are encouraged.

🗓️ Upcoming Date: Monday, August 4
🕒 Time: 10 am ET - 11:30 am ET
📍 Where: Online (Zoom – link sent after you register)

👉 RSVP Now

Let’s start the week together—with conversation, community, and care. Limited spots available, so RSVP now!

☕ Help Keep the Conversations Brewing
If this week's newsletter touched you, made you pause, or taught you something new—consider supporting Stroke Talks through Buy Me A Coffee.

Every “coffee” helps fuel the mission: to raise awareness, offer hope, and remind stroke survivors and their loved ones that they are not alone.

Plus, let’s be real… this girl runs on Jesus, joy, and just a little bit of caffeine. 😄

☕💜 Thank you for helping me keep the conversations going.
