Hey Reader,
It’s time for another powerful episode of Stroke Talks, where we bring you real stories from survivors who prove that resilience knows no bounds.
In Episode 2, we sit down with Paige Overcash, a Navy brat turned Navy spouse, mom of four, and a board-certified behavioral analyst living in Bahrain. In 2015, at just 24 years old, Paige faced the unimaginable—she had a hemorrhagic stroke shortly after giving birth to her first child.
Doctors suspected high blood pressure was the culprit, but Paige’s journey didn’t end there. Despite the challenges, she went on to have three more children and continues to live life to the fullest, balancing work, family, and even some well-deserved Netflix and chill time.
Join us as Paige shares her stroke story, the reality of surviving as a young mom, and what she wishes others knew about high blood pressure and pregnancy. This is an episode you don’t want to miss!
